What actually happens on the Clarity Call?
It’s 30 minutes. Johnny walks through your business, your offer, your current marketing setup, and your numbers. You ask the questions you want answered. By the end of the call you know one of three things: this is the right fit and you’re ready to move forward, this is the right fit but the timing is wrong, or this isn’t for you and Johnny will tell you exactly why. There is no second call required, no surprise pricing, no upsell. If it’s a yes from both sides, the Action Deposit is taken on the call and onboarding starts within 48 hours.
What if it doesn’t work for my business specifically?
Then we’ve done our job — we’ve told you, with real market data and a documented diagnosis, what is standing between your business and a working paid media campaign. That alone is information most owners pay six figures over years to discover. Your Action Deposit comes back in full. You keep the Market Intelligence Report (R12k–R15k value), the Meta Lead Assessment Framework (R5k–R8.5k value), and the 90-Day Content Calendar (R6k–R15k value) — built specifically for your business. What exactly is the Action Deposit and why do you charge it?
The Action Deposit (R5,000–R7,500) secures your spot in this quarter's sprint intake. It is not a setup fee and it does not go to the ad platforms — those costs are separate. We run a deliberately small intake each quarter because that's the number we can personally oversee at the standard this model requires. The deposit signals mutual seriousness: you are committing to showing up, and we are committing to investing 21 days of real work into your business. The exact amount is confirmed on the Clarity Call based on how much infrastructure needs to be built before launch.
What's your refund policy?
Your Action Deposit is refunded in full on Day 22 if the sprint did not produce a viable, consistent flow of qualified clients — minus bank processing fees only. The refund is conditional on you fulfilling your obligations: supplying content within 48 hours of the week one brief, keeping Business Manager access open, and communicating during normal business hours. Ad spend goes directly to the platforms and is not refundable once the ads are live.
Is AI actually running my campaigns without anyone watching?
No. Johnny Nel personally runs every campaign — strategy, parameters, daily performance review, and all judgment calls. The AI agents handle execution: creative variations, bid adjustments, audience research, and performance analytics. Think of it as a Formula 1 car — the most sophisticated technology underneath, but a driver making every strategic decision. You get both. You pay for one.
What types of businesses do you work with?
Service businesses only. Practices, firms, clinics, agencies, consultancies, brokerages — any business that grows by connecting with people, qualifying them, and closing them. We do not work with ecommerce, dropshipping, Takealot or Amazon sellers, Shopify stores, or product-based retail of any kind. We also do not work with new businesses — your offer must be proven and you must have existing clients.
How is this different from a traditional marketing agency?
Three structural differences. First — zero management fee during the sprint. Agencies get paid before they prove anything. We prove it first. Second — you work directly with Johnny, not a junior account team assigned after the pitch. Third — AI agents handle the execution that agencies charge senior rates for, which means faster campaigns at lower cost.
What happens after the sprint?
On Day 22 one of three things happens. Great fit and great results — deposit rolls into Month 1 of the Full Growth Venture and we build from there. Results came in but not the right fit — full deposit refunded, you keep everything we built. Market didn't respond — full deposit refunded plus a complete diagnosis of what needs to change first.
Do I need a large budget?
The minimum ad spend is R10,000 per month — going directly to Meta or Google, not to us. There is also an Action Deposit of R5,000–R7,500 to secure your spot. Both are clearly explained before you commit to anything.
Which platforms do you run ads on?
Primarily Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. We choose the platform mix that fits your offer and audience — not a one-size-fits-all package.
How do leads get qualified before they reach my team?
We pick whichever route fits your sales motion best — and we set up one of the two, not both. Option A: a Facebook native lead form with pre-qualifying questions and disqualifier logic, so your sales team gets a clean list of qualified leads to reach out to. Option B: leads route straight to WhatsApp, and your team picks up the conversation there and books the qualified ones into your calendar. Either way, unqualified traffic gets filtered before it ever hits your team. Your existing CRM and the WhatsApp/email accounts your team uses are yours to maintain — we connect to them, we don't run them for you.
Will I own the ad accounts and creative assets?
Yes — 100%. Your ad accounts, Business Manager, pixel data, creative assets, audience data, and lead lists all belong to you. We operate inside your accounts, not ours. No lock-in. No hostage data.
How quickly can the sprint launch?
The 21-day clock starts once onboarding is complete — not when you apply. Onboarding requires a completed form, Business Manager access granted by your tech person, and a confirmed onboarding call. The faster you move through onboarding, the sooner the sprint begins.
What if I already have an agency or in-house team?
The sprint can run as a standalone proof of concept on a separate channel or audience segment. If our results outperform your current setup, you'll have the data to make an informed decision. If they don't, you've gained market intelligence your current team doesn't have — at the cost of a test budget you were going to spend anyway.
