Refunds for Hard Goods
If you have purchased a "hard good" (for example, a book or other tangible product) from PRIXGIG LLC & PRIXGIG PTY LTD, you may receive a limited refund if you comply with the following conditions:
- You must request a refund in writing by contacting support within thirty (30) days of your purchase.
- Your request for a refund must include the order number and the reason for the request.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition to the address specified by our support team.
- The return shipment must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
PRIXGIG LLC & PRIXGIG PTY LTD reserves the right to deny a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition or if the request is made outside the specified time frame.
Digital products and services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement or offer, or unless covered by the self-liquidating offer terms set out below.
Self-Liquidating Offers and Digital Sales
Certain digital products are sold as self-liquidating offers through the following domain(s):

A self-liquidating offer typically consists of a low-cost, entry-level (front-end) product, which may be followed by one or more additional or higher-ticket products, such as order bumps, upsells, or premium tiers. The following terms apply to all digital sales made through the domain(s) listed above:
- Refund window. Digital sales made through these domain(s) are refundable only within seven (7) working days of the original purchase date.
- Refundable amount. Only the initial front-end purchase is eligible for a refund, up to a maximum of US $5.00. Any amount paid above US $5.00 — including order bumps, upsells, higher-ticket products, and premium tiers — is non-refundable.
- How to request. All refunds must be formally requested in writing to support@prixgig.com and must include your order number and the reason for the request.
These terms apply specifically to digital sales originating from the domain(s) listed above and govern those purchases in place of the general digital-products statement above.
Automatic Enrollment and Payment, and Cancellation
If you purchase a subscription to PRIXGIG LLC & PRIXGIG PTY LTD software or services over the Website, you acknowledge and agree that PRIXGIG LLC & PRIXGIG PTY LTD is authorized to charge you the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team or through your account dashboard. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.
Subscription Terms and Automatic Payment
By enrolling in a subscription service, you authorize PRIXGIG LLC & PRIXGIG PTY LTD to automatically charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis. This authorization will remain in effect until you cancel your subscription.
If any charge is not successfully processed due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, you remain responsible for any amounts not remitted to PRIXGIG LLC & PRIXGIG PTY LTD.
